    • Shipped a LeRobot→MCAP converter passing strict format conformance checks, and a reproducible stress-testing framework adopted as the repo's benchmarking standard.
    • Fixed two silent data-corruption bugs (#127, #133): one discovered by auditing the catalog boundary, one reported by the co-founder. Both proved with repro scripts before fixing.
